I was a new patient and called for a same-day appointment for an urgent issue. They were extremely accommodating and were able to get me in the same morning. I would highly recommend Dr Marcus at Virginia Eye Institute for eye surgery. I was seeing double vision and she corrected the problem with surgery. In my 73 years of life, I have experienced a half dozen hospitals and about as many ambulatory care facilities. In those instances there was only one experience that I would rate as negative. But my surgery at the VEI surgery was by and far the most positive care experience I have ever had. My thanks to the entire staff but especially to Dr. Christopher Estopinal. Well done!

I love Dr. Byron Ladd and his staff. They are very professional, courteous, and patient. I don’t mind driving 1 hour and 20 minutes to get Dr. Ladd and his staff to provide service to my eyes.
